Today I am thankful to God for:

1) Another beginning of a week, Monday…and looking forward to what opportunities God will bring me this week.

I am thankful for:
1) Internet so we can have “encourage 2″.
2) E-mail to correspond with family and friends.
3) Phone for communication.
4) Automobiles for travel.
5) And all the other modern conveniences that make life BETTER.
I, too, this morning was thinking of all the conveniences and luxuries we are blessed with. What a world!!
I am thankful for:
1. the light sprinkle of rain that did not turn into a down pour when walking the kids to the school bus this morning – we only had one umbrella.
2. the beautiful frangipani tree in my front yard that covers the driveway and car with the most wonderul pink flowers.
3. Gods grace, mercy and love that he gives me without condition or limits
4. The wonderful people God has put in my life to encourage me and those who need encouragement.
5. My children who wake up bright and fresh and are ready to start another beautiful day.
I am encouraged with your love of frangipini (sp?) plants/trees…last week when we had tht unexpected “wind wonder”, it blew our beloved varigated yellow/white over 20 yr. old into the canal (little earth, big pot)….my husband & best earthy spiritual influence (at times to me) actually “yoked” that plant out of the canal, absolutely soaked it, broke it twice in the process (humor is HIS) & has it now in God’s hands which could give us 3 beautiful frangipini trees/plants/…….miricle weeds from God. (I wonder why we have had so much blessed rain on the east side of BPK the last couple of days……or is the answer with us for ever & eva!)
I am grateful for:
1. As a believer, the colors in the sky, trees, flowers are so much brighter – did you notice?
2. I have the Holy Spirit to make the Word come alive in me and for me.
3. The people the Lord has put in my life – lovely people!
4. The very peace of God that comforts me daily.
5. The Holy Spirit guiding me daily and impressing me what to say to others to encourage them as well as myself.
1) That God reveals things to me as He determines I’m capable of handling the answers
2) For a great day yesterday with His family
3) For being able to boldly approach the throne
4) For a God that wants a relationship with me
5) For a new day – with new promises – and new grace

1. music coming from my computer as I write this. Happy and encouraging music. (I listen to crosswalk.com. Their radio offers a nice variety of stations.)

1. I am thankful that my regular work day is over!
2. I am thankful that I am on call and that I have the chance for overtime.
3. I am thankful that my wife went grocery shopping and I didn’t have to go. Always happens that way and I am thankful for that as well.

!I’m very thankful for having a child that will be in the school band this year 2God gave me the ability to wake up this morning 3 Knowing that god is always there when and if I ever need him.4 To see how happy and excited my children are about starting school next week 5 That we finally got some rain after 3 weeks of no rain at all, and all I did was ask god for some rain today, and my prayers were answered within a couple of hours! Praise God!
